Tommy is the partner-in-charge of HA&W's Retail, Franchising & Hospitality group, as well as a partner in HA&W's Advisory Business Services practice. His practice focuses on small business and high-net-worth individuals including real estate developers and holders, professional practices, medical billing companies, international import and brokerage operations as well as their members and shareholders. He has expertise in corporate structuring arrangements, multi-state and international tax planning, corporate and individual tax mitigation as well as IRS controversy and representation.
Tommy is currently the president of the Atlanta chapter of the Georgia Society of CPAs and is involved in other civic organizations.
He is an Atlanta native and graduate of the University of Georgia where he earned a Bachelor of Science from the J.M. Tull School of Accounting.
