Who I work with
I serve thriving manufacturing and distribution clients of all sizes, including family-owned operations, large corporations, foreign-owned subsidiaries and private equity-backed businesses. I work closely with clients who are transferring ownership across generations and those preparing for M&A transactions, both buyers and sellers. In each instance, I work to create optimal tax structures that ensure the lowest tax liabilities possible.

One of my specialties is helping clients leverage tax credits and incentives, such as R&D tax credits, to maximize cash flow and profitability. When I am not serving clients, I lead a passionate team of over 50 tax professionals who serve businesses across manufacturing, distribution and technology.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, and my Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
When I am not at work
Family is important to me, and I love spending time with my wife and four 4 kids, 2 girls 2 boys. My kids are very active in sports and we enjoy traveling as a family.
