Experience:
Wayne began his career in 1975 with KPMG where he was an audit manager.
Prior to entering public accounting, Wayne served for two years as an officer
in the U.S. Army. Wayne specializes in auditing both public and private
companies in a wide variety of industries, insurance accounting and general
business planning. He has worked extensively as a contractor with the Georgia
Insurance Department on insurance examination matters and is a Certified
Financial Examiner (CFE).
