Mitchell has been a
partner with Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP, the largest independent CPA
firm in Atlanta, for 23 years. Mitchell is Chair of the Firm’s Tax
Group and the Technology Practice. His experience includes auditing, tax
planning and strategic planning. His practice focuses on companies in the
Software, Gaming, Life Sciences, International, Retail, and Manufacturing
and Distribution sectors.
Mitchell’s mergers
and acquisitions experience includes financial and tax due diligence
as well as analysis of transactional accounting and tax issues. He also
has extensive experience working with domestic and foreign
companies, addressing both inbound and outbound activities.
Mitchell earned a BBA
in accounting from the School of Accountancy at Georgia State University
