Experience:
Prior to beginning his career in public accounting with KPMG, Mr. Miller
worked with a Bank of America predecessor in factoring and commercial finance.
Mr. Miller has more than 25 years of public accounting and auditing experience,
and has testified in more than 25 cases as an expert
witness. His practice responsibilities include assisting his
clients in obtaining and evaluating their financing, designing and implementing
family limited partnerships, evaluating mergers and acquisitions and consulting
with clients on attaining their family and business financial goals. During
the years 1996 through 2000, he was also part-time vice president of Collegiate
Telephones, Inc., which was owned by his wife. Collegiate was a manufacturer
of non-apparel collegiate-licensed products.
