Frank is a
partner and co-chair in the Audit Group. He specializes
in audit and tax requirements of the construction, retail and real estate
industries. His clients include contractors, multi-family housing and franchise
car rental companies among others. He has completed a significant amount
of development-stage work with companies and various private real estate
offerings, including work with Section 42 Housing (a subset of multi-family
housing.)
Frank has also
performed subsequent construction and initial operational-stage construction
engagements. He has experience with quality control for all auditing and
accounting engagements, including major audit and review engagements for
various private companies operating in construction and real estate development
and management.
Frank earned
his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Georgia Southern College.
