Mr. Frankel
directs the Litigation Consulting Services group of Habif,
Arogeti & Wynne, LLP. He works with attorneys and their clients in case
preparation, damages analysis, forensic accounting, business valuations,
and strategy development. His services include expert testimony on financial
topics, business valuations, damages, and related matters. His testimony
experience includes commercial and domestic cases, and he has experience
as both a mediator and an arbitrator.
In addition
to his work in the litigation consulting practice, Mr. Frankel’s services
include personal investment, financial and estate planning and individual
income taxation. He is also actively involved in the development of business
plans and strategies, and the negotiation of merger/acquisition transactions.
Mr. Frankel
earned his undergraduate degree in accounting and political science from
Vanderbilt University, a Master of Taxation degree from Georgia State University,
and his Juris Doctor from the College of Law of Georgia State University.
He has received various specialized training, including coursework in business
valuations and forensic accounting. In addition to his CPA and attorney
designations, he is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a Chartered
Life Underwriter (CLU). He has been a guest lecturer on estate planning
at the College of Law of Georgia State University and speaks on forensic
accounting, business valuation, personal financial planning, tax planning
and business strategies.
Mr. Frankel’s
