Alex is a partner in
the Advisory & Business Services group at Habif, Arogeti & Wynne,
LLP. His primary interests are individual, partnership, and fiduciary taxation.
His practice focuses primarily on tax planning for high net worth individuals
and corporate executives.
Alex has extensive experience
in advising individual clients with international tax issues. He specializes
in expatriate and foreign national taxation with a focus on assisting multinational
corporations develop strategies to minimize worldwide tax costs and address
the related corporate tax issues of globally mobile employees. Additionally,
he specializes in providing income and estate tax planning services to executives
and high net worth individuals with cross-border tax issues.
Alex earned his B.S.
in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University
of Tennessee. He also attained a Master of Professional Accounting degree
with an emphasis on taxation from the University of Tennessee. He spent
over four year living in Europe practicing in the international tax area
and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner.
Alex is member of the
Georgia Society of CPA’s where he serves as Vice President of the
Budget Committee. He is member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and he also is on the Board of Directors of the British American
Business Group where he serves as the organization’s treasurer.
