Managers
Tina
is a senior manager with HA&W’s Tax Research Group.
She has over 18 years of experience assisting companies
and their owners to minimize their tax liability and maximize
their profitability. Some of the industries Tina serves
include professional services, manufacturing, warehousing
and distribution, telecommunications, real estate, retailers
and wholesalers. She has extensive experience dealing with
corporate tax issues, including, state and local tax returns,
state and federal tax credits, state and local sales, use,
income, escheat, business licenses and property tax issues.
She also has experience in merger and acquisition activities
and the impact on state and local taxes. Tina has negotiated
several state and local tax incentives packages as well
as managed the required compliance to retain statutory credits.
Most recently, Tina served in the UPS Corporate Tax Department
working with state and local taxes.
Tina
received both her Bachelor’s and MBA degrees from
Auburn University. She is a Certified Public Accountant
