Sondra
is an audit senior manager at Habif, Arogeti & Wynne,
LLP. She provides services in the areas of auditing, general
accounting, and consulting for client companies.
Sondra
has over ten years of public accounting experience in the
areas of rental real estate, student housing, healthcare,
technology, manufacturing, and, distribution industries.
She has a background in audit, partnership taxation, and
real estate consulting as well as significant private sector
experience. Her private sector experience includes acting
as the lead audit manager on the consolidated financial
statements for a for-profit technology corporation with
total assets of $680,000,000. She also has extensive experience
with low-income housing tax credits including carryover
allocations, cost certifications, financial statements,
and tax returns.
Prior
to joining HA&W, Sondra worked for a large regional
accounting firm in Missouri and was an audit manager for
another large firm located in Atlanta. She has taught several
classes at including cost certification process, audit documentation,
financial statements, standard operating procedures, etc.
Sondra
holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri
State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed
