Partners
Sheldon is a
partner in the audit group of Habif, Arogeti and Wynne,
LLP. He has over 24 years of experience in public accounting
and was an audit partner with Deloitte & Touche. For
12 years, he also served as chief financial officer for
Wolf Camera, Inc., a specialty retailer operating more than
800 stores.
He
serves as engagement partner for both public and private
businesses in a variety of industries that include retail,
distribution, manufacturing, technology and service industries
along with not-for-profit organizations. In addition, he
has served as an expert witness in various litigation matters
and has assisted businesses with restructuring activities
and liquidity issues. Sheldon has hands on experience negotiating,
integrating and performing due diligence procedures relating
to more than 30 acquisitions along with negotiating with
lenders.
Additionally,
he has significant experience with strategic initiatives
involving the negotiation and integration issues surrounding
corporate acquisitions and dispositions along with hands-on
experience in managing the finance and treasury operation
of a large corporation.
He graduated
from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree in accounting. Sheldon is
currently a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Georgia,
