Shay Eubanks
is a Senior Manager in the Tax Practice of Habif, Arogeti
& Wynne, LLP. He has over 15 years of public accounting
experience focusing on compliance, consulting, and ASC 740(FAS
109) for large multi-national public corporations as well
as large and mid-size privately held corporations. He has
worked extensively in the manufacturing, retail, real estate,
investment management, restaurant operation, entertainment,
and technology industries.
Shay has extensive
knowledge in the area of tax compliance. For most of his
clients, Shay has led their tax function by managing their
compliance process and identifying and implementing value
added tax projects. Shay has extensive experience with C
corporations, consolidated returns, various pass-through
entities, and companies operating in multi jurisdictions.
Shay earned his
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Mississippi
University for Women and his Masters of Accountancy degree
with an emphasis in Taxation from the University of Memphis.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia. He is an
Executive Member (Treasurer) of Board of Directors for Mississippi
University for Women Foundation, a non-profit corporation
organized to foster, encourage, and promote the educational
purposes of the University. |
