years of public accounting experience dealing with the tax
issues of small to medium-sized businesses with an expertise
in family business, and closely held businesses. Scott had
been a tax professional and consultant with Tauber &
Balser, P.C. for over 10 years before it joined with Habif,
Arogeti & Wynne.
Scott’s
comprehensive approach to assisting his clients with all
aspects of their businesses includes cash flow, compensation,
tax strategies, and succession planning. He has extensive
experience with professional service firms, medical/dental
practices, distribution, real estate, and manufacturing.
He graduated
from the University of Alabama with a degree in Accounting
