State and Local Tax (SALT)

To stay abreast of issues concerning state and local tax, the firm has developed a State and Local Tax (SALT) Group. The team monitors the continually changing state and local tax laws and identifies tax saving strategies for Habif, Arogeti & Wynne clients. The SALT Group specializes in the areas of state tax credits, nexus, apportionment, and sales tax issues.
