Partners
Rob
is a partner in the audit practice group at HA&W. He
works with manufacturing, distribution, technology, and
service companies around the world. In addition to his primary
focus on accounting and auditing, Rob provides consulting
in the areas of due diligence and purchase accounting to
companies involved in mergers and acquisitions.
Rob
is an expert in the area of revenue recognition and has
extensive experience working with clients on complex multiple
element arrangements. Many of his clients have raised multiple
rounds of outside capital and have complex equity structures
including some combination of preferred stock, warrants,
options, and phantom stock. Rob also provides business coaching
and consulting in the areas of inventory reduction and cost
accounting techniques.
Rob
has extensive experience with purchase accounting, consolidations
with minority interest, changing ownership percentages,
and foreign subsidiaries. Because many of his clients are
owned outside the US Rob is experienced with reporting under
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Rob
earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Bentley
