Our
History
Isaac
Habif and Jimmy Arogeti started the Firm in 1952. Merrill
Wynne joined the firm in 1962 and became a partner in
1970, and the firm name was changed to Habif, Arogeti &
Wynne.
Since
then, we have steadily expanded our services
to meet the needs of our clients and HA&W has grown to be
one of the 100 largest accounting firms in the country and
the largest independent accounting firm in Georgia. While
most of our clients are headquartered in the Southeast,
we also serve a number of companies nationwide and internationally.
With 48 partners and over 300 employees, HA&W continues
to grow and expand services to meet the changing client
needs. We have organized the firm into industry
groups so our people know the
particular regulations and special issues of the companies
they advise. We have developed functional specialties
in areas such as employee
benefits, financial staffing,
litigation consulting
services, international
tax, mergers &
acquisitions consulting, asset
management and many others,
transforming our firm into a single source for all your
financial needs.
In
addition to traditional accounting
and tax services, we also provide a wide array of financial
solutions including management consulting, financial planning,
technology consulting and financial staffing to clients
in a variety of industries.
As

accounting firms, with affiliates in more than 90 countries.
We intend to continue our tradition of growth and optimum
client-service in our new space at the Concourse
