is Managing Director of Tegra
Financial Partners, LLC , a subsidiary of Habif, Arogeti
& Wynne, LLP that provides individuals and businesses
with top-tier, full-service financial services with a focus
on personalized relationships.
Nick
is a Certified Financial Planner®
who has provided investment and financial planning services
to clients since 1994. Before focusing exclusively on investments
and financial planning, Nick was involved in the employee
benefits and risk management industries for Fortune 500
organizations.
Nick
is a registered representative with the NASD, holding a
Series 7 license, and manages Tegra’s SEC Registered
Investment Adviser entity - HA&W Wealth Management,
LLC. Nick also directs the insurance, brokerage and retirement
plan administration units within TEGRA. Together the Tegra
businesses employ over 30 professionals and staff in various
financial consulting specialties and disciplines.
Nick’s
focus is on high net worth clients and small to medium sized
business owners with annual sales of $5 to $100 million.
Issues from employee benefits and risk management, to investment
and estate planning are just some of the items that are
reviewed with clients to ensure a total understanding of
a client’s financial picture.
Nick
is a member of the Financial Planning Association of America.
He received a Masters of Science in Finance from Suffolk
University in Boston, and a Bachelors of Science in Management
from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Nick
holds the position of Principal for the Office of Supervisory
Jurisdiction for brokerage operations conducted through
Triad Advisors, Inc. He also holds the Series 28 / Financial
Operations Principal designation, the Series 24 Compliance
Principal Designation, as well as the Series 53 Municipal
Securities Principal licenses with the FINRA.
Nick works with
clients whose investment porftolio ranges from $1 to $50
million, and also advises several large retirement plans
with in excess of $20 million in assets. He advises and
counsels such clients on asset allocation, asset deployment,
and tactical strategies that make the most sense for the
clients based on their objectives and risk tolerance.
