Mitchell
has been a partner with Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP,
the largest independent CPA firm in Atlanta, for 25 years.
Mitchell is Chair of the Firm’s Tax Group and the
Technology Practice. His experience includes auditing, tax
planning and strategic planning. His practice focuses on
companies in the Software, Gaming,CleanTech, Processing
Companies, Life Sciences, International, Retail, and Manufacturing
and Distribution sectors.
Mitchell’s
mergers and acquisitions
experience includes financial and tax due diligence as well
as analysis of transactional accounting and tax issues.
He also has extensive experience working with domestic and
foreign companies, addressing
both inbound and outbound activities.
Mitchell
has extensive experience with the firm's domestic and international
clients addressing stock option matters and Accounting for
Income Taxes as well as Accounting for Uncertain Tax Positions
in accordance with ASC 740 f/k/a/ FAS 109 and FIN 48.
Mitchell
earned a BBA in accounting from the School of Accountancy
at Georgia State University in Atlanta. His professional
