Mitchell
has been a partner with Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP,
the largest independent CPA firm in Atlanta, since 1990.
Mitchell is Chair of the Firm’s Tax Group and the
Technology Practice.
His
practice focuses on companies in the Software, Gaming, CleanTech,
Processing, Life Sciences, International, Retail, and Manufacturing
and Distribution sectors. Mitchell is dedicated to promoting
research, innovation and entrepreneurship by helping clients
maximize their potential.
Mitchell’s
mergers and acquisitions experience includes financial and
tax due diligence as well as analysis of transactional accounting
and tax issues. He also has extensive experience working
with domestic and foreign companies, addressing both inbound
and outbound activities. Mitchell has extensive experience
with the firm’s domestic and international clients
advising on Joint Ventures, stock options, global structures,
accounting for Income and uncertain tax positions.
Mitchell
earned a BBA in accounting from the School of Accountancy
at Georgia State University in Atlanta. His professional
