Wynne is one of the named partners of Habif, Arogeti &
Wynne and is in the Founding Partner Group of the Firm.
He specializes in individual, estate, financial and tax
planning. Additionally, Merrill has over forty years of
experience in issues affecting health care, real estate
and retail clients.
Merrill
has advised numerous clients regarding wealth transfer matters.
He is committed to helping his clients develop sound long-term
strategies for wealth management, including careful planning
and intergenerational strategies to avoid estate taxes and
other issues related to inheritance. He serves as a consultant
to many businesses, assisting them in finding solutions
to business problems and succession issues, including business
sale and recapitalization transactions. Merrill is a long-time
resident of both Atlanta, GA and Sarasota, FL and continues
to develop the firm’s practice in both cities. He
is a graduate of the Emory University School of Business
