Managers
Matt
is a senior manager in Habif, Arogeti & Wynne’s
Audit Group. He advises clients in accounting, reporting,
compliance, and internal control matters. His principal
focus is on the real estate and construction industries
where he has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions,
financial and tax reporting, business strategy and internal
controls.
Matt
is also involved with numerous real estate and mortgage
lending clients with HUD and USAP related compliance and
filings requirements. He advises these clients in HUD and
USAP related matters including internal control requirements
and assists with all required governmental filings.
Matt
received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree
in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer
Applications from the University of Notre Dame. His professional
