Experience
Mark
has over 40 years of public accounting experience, including
four years as managing partner of the Atlanta office of
a national CPA firm and 15 years as managing partner of
Tauber & Balser, P.C., a local CPA firm. Mark has worked
in a variety of industries including technology, retail,
distribution, real estate, hospitality and non-profit.
Mark
has served as an expert witness on both Generally Accepted
Accounting Principles and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards.
He has authored articles, instructed seminars and spoken
on numerous business and accounting topics. Mark is an adjunct
instructor of accounting at the J. Mack Robinson School
of Business at Georgia State University and has instructed
CPA continuing education courses on accounting, auditing
and business consulting.
He is
a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia and Pennsylvania,
and with a Practice Privilege in California.
