Marc
is a Partner in the Audit Group of Habif, Arogeti &
Wynne, LLP and also a member of the Firm’s SEC Practice
Group. He has over 25 years of experience in assurance and
attestation services, serving both public and privately-held
entities. Marc has significant audit experience in the technology,
construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution and
financial services industries.
Marc
consults with publicly-held companies on financial reporting
responsibilities to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
He has extensive experience in the accounting issues for
business combinations, stock-based compensation, revenue
recognition and complex equity instruments. He also has
experience in accounting for reverse acquisitions and public
shell mergers. Marc has authored numerous articles on accounting
and auditing and is a frequent speaker on financial reporting
topics.
Marc
earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the
