Lisa
is a partner in the Advisory and Business Services Group
of Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP. She has more than 30
years experience specializing in individual, partnership
and corporate taxation and represents many professional
services firms. Her primary focus is in working with law
firms and medical practices, providing accounting and tax
services and consulting on compensation issues, initial
practice structuring, succession planning, and growing through
acquisition or adding partners. Lisa is co-author of FOR
GEORGIA DOCTORS: Fresh Ideas on Asset Protection, Tax, Practice
Planning, Wealth Accumulation and Estate Planning.
Lisa
earned her BBA degree from the State University of New York
