Managers Kathleen is a senior
manager at Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP, with more than 10 years experience
in Federal and multi-state taxation. Kathleen began her career in public accounting
as an auditor with KPMG. She subsequently worked as a controller for VTA, Inc.,
a post-production company. Now, as part of HA&W's tax practice, she is extensively
involved in corporate, partnership, and multi-state taxation. Kathleen's expertise
in taxation spans a number of industries, including real estate, non-profit, financial
services, manufacturing, technology, and professional services. Kathleen
manages tax compliance and tax planning for a variety of clients and is also experienced
in identifying and assessing the benefits of a number of Federal and State tax
credits that often are overlooked. In addition, she is experienced with the recent
developments in renewable energy tax incentives related to the use of solar energy,
and can assist with the compliance required for obtaining Federal grants and qualifying
for tax credits in this area. Kathleen has also been involved in merger and acquisition
transactions, and has dealt extensively with the tax effects of resulting organizational
structures and purchase price allocations. Kathleen
received a bachelor degree in Marketing from Auburn University and a bachelor
