Karen is a senior audit manager with Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP, with over eleven years of experience in public accounting. Her professional experience includes audits of publicly-traded and private companies in the healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and consumer business industries. Prior to joining Habif, Arogeti, and Wynne, LLP, Karen worked for nine years at a Big Four accounting firm serving in both the external audit and mergers and acquisitions service lines.

Karen has worked extensively with clients in the durable medical equipment, health insurance and healthcare provider industries. Karen has experience with clients that provide customized software as well as clients that provide software as a service.

Karen received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is licensed in both Georgia and Florida.
