Whether damage is alleged or confirmed, and a financial cost must be determined or defended, our team has the essential forensic accounting expertise needed to objectively analyze the situation. We have calculated economic damages in contract disputes, insurance claim matters, complex commercial civil litigation, divorce cases, torts and other matters. Every situation is different, and we have the tools and the skill to work through existing documentation, market conditions and future projections to arrive at a realistic estimate. Sometimes the resulting figure is higher than expected – sometimes it is lower. Either way, we work hard to make sure our estimates of damages are as accurate as possible so our clients can craft the best possible strategies for managing their cases or claims.
