Ed is a partner with the Audit Group of Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP. He has expertise in the audit and tax requirements of the real estate development, construction and management industry, particularly multi-family housing. He has significant experience with the initial development stages of real estate ventures including structuring, financing and implementing private equity offerings. His practice ranges from the representation of small “closely-held” businesses and their owners to large corporate clients.

Ed earned his BBA degree from the University of Alabama in 1981. He is a member of several industry and community service organizations, including:
