As we
approach the end of the year, you have the unique opportunity
to start your year-end tax planning to make the most of
any tax law changes. You can find many useful tax planning
tips on our Library.
Once
you have gathered all of your information and documentation,
we have made it easier than ever to submit it to us. Starting
in early January, our online Tax Notebook organizer
will allow you to send your information from the comfort
of your own home. It also serves as a checklist to ensure
that you have all the information.

Why
use the Tax Notebook?
It’s much more convenient than the old paper organizers.
You can access it anytime and anywhere there is a computer
with an Internet connection. Plus, it’s the most secure
and dependable way to submit your complete information to
us.
How
do you use the Tax Notebook?
It’s easy. Go to the client
area of our website and click on the ‘Tax Notebook’
link. Answer all the questions. Once you have completed
the sections, print a copy for your records and then click
the ‘Submit’ button. You’re done! Your
information will then be securely sent directly to your
tax professional who will contact you to finalize your return.
How
Do You Get Started?
Call your tax preparer for your user ID and password. Please
keep in mind that if you used the notebook last year, you
cannot use your old password. If you have any questions
about submitting data online, your preparer will be happy
to provide you with additional information.
By
submitting your information through the Tax Notebook, we
can have your return ready for your review when you come
in.
