Charles
is a partner in the audit group of Habif, Arogeti &
Wynne, LLP. He has worked in public accounting since 1987.
Charles started out as an intern with Arthur Young (now
Ernst & Young) while attending the University of Alabama
at Birmingham. He managed a successful accounting practice
in Birmingham until the end of 2000, at which time he moved
to Atlanta and joined HA&W.
Charles
provides audit and business consulting services to closely
held businesses as well as working with public companies.
Some of his clients have been Ebix, Inc., AssuranceAmerica
Corporation, and Alliance Healthcard, Inc. Charles has worked
with companies across different industries including commercial
real estate, software companies, restaurants (franchisor),
retail with multiple locations, and private equity companies.
Charles also services clients in the technology and manufacturing
sectors.
Charles
attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and received
his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. His professional
