Managers
Brian
is an audit senior manager at Habif, Arogeti and Wynne,
LLP with ten years of experience in public accounting. His
professional experience includes audits of public and privately-held
companies in the technology, wholesale distribution, retail
and manufacturing industries. Brian frequently consults
with public companies on the application of Generally Accepted
Accounting Principles and SEC reporting requirements, with
extensive experience in the areas of stock-based compensation,
business combinations and software revenue recognition.
Brian
has developed and conducted internal training courses for
Habif, Arogeti and Wynne on various topics, including share-based
compensation and entry-level auditing and software training
courses. In addition, he was a discussion leader with a
national education organization in which he taught entry-level
auditing to first and second year auditors from across the
country.
He received a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1999
from the University of Georgia and earned a Master of Professional
Accountancy in 2002 from Georgia State University. Brian
is a graduate of the GSCPA Leadership Academy. His professional
