Partners
Mr.
Frankel is a partner in the Forensic & Litigation Services
Group at Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP. He works with
attorneys and their clients in case preparation, damages
analysis, forensic accounting, business valuations, and
case strategy development. His services include expert testimony
on financial topics, transaction analysis, business valuations,
damages, and related matters. His testimony experience includes
commercial and domestic cases, and he has experience as
a mediator, an arbitrator and a courtappointed Special Master/Auditor.
In addition
to his work in the Forensic & Litigation Services practice,
Mr. Frankel’s services include personal investment,
financial and estate planning and individual income taxation.
He is also actively involved in the development of business
plans and strategies, and the negotiation of merger/acquisition
transactions.
Mr.
Frankel earned his undergraduate degree in accounting and
political science from Vanderbilt University, a Master of
Taxation degree from Georgia State University, and his Juris
Doctor from the College of Law of Georgia State University.
In addition to his CPA, he holds a Certified in Financial
Forensics designation from the AICPA and is a Certified
Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a Chartered Life Underwriter
