Partners
Barry
is a partner in the Forensic & Litigation Services Group
at Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP. He works with attorneys
and their clients in case preparation, damage analysis,
forensic accounting, business valuations, and strategy development.
His services include expert testimony on financial topics,
transaction analysis, business valuations, damages, and
related matters. His testimony experience includes commercial
and domestic cases, and he has experience as a mediator,
an arbitrator and a court-appointed Special Master/Auditor.
In addition
to his work in the Forensic & Litigation Services practice,
Barry’s services include personal investment, financial
and estate planning and individual income taxation. He is
also actively involved in the development of business plans
and strategies, and the negotiation of merger/acquisition
transactions.
Barry
earned his undergraduate degree in accounting and political
science from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Taxation
degree from Georgia State University, and his Juris Doctor
from the College of Law of Georgia State University. He
is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a Chartered Life
