Senior
Managers
As
a senior manager in the Advisory and Business Services Group
at Habif, Arogeti and Wynne, LLP, Angela provides tax services
to corporations, partnerships and individuals. Angela has
extensive experience with in working with owners and managers
of commercial real estate. She has developed expertise in
the not for profit area and growth oriented medium sized
businesses.
Over her 10 year
career, Angela has helped clients resolve issues with the
Internal Revenue Service and various state agencies. She
has worked closely with professional service firms to minimize
their taxes and to support growth. Over her career, she
worked with clients on a number of various business transactions.
Angela earned
her Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Accounting
(concentration in taxation) degrees from the University
of Georgia. She has authored several articles related covering
tax and not for profit topics. Her professional affiliations
