Adam
is an audit partner with Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP
and specializes in working with high-growth emerging companies
in the technology industry. Adam provides a wide range of
services including general accounting, assurance and strategic
planning. Adam’s clients include software developers
(both perpetual and Saas), transaction processors, hardware
manufacturers and medical device manufacturers.
Adam
has extensive experience working with manufacturing and
distribution companies, a majority of which are in the consumer
products industry. He also has broad experience in accounting
for revenue recognition, stock-based compensation and other
complex equity issues.
Adam
earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from State
University of New York College at Plattsburgh. His professional
